Yep! That is a South Louisiana Engineered Dehydrator…(We are at Big John's (My Father) house what did you expect?) That is an old screen with its mate the storm door….(another model is in the works as we speak)
Now in go the trial suspects…Cherry tomatoes, zucchinis and a few apples…in a few days we will see what happens!
If all goes to plan in two day's we will have Dehydrated veggies!...AWWW Man! Now it raining! ...Well lets see what happens tomorrow!

well I got it all in out of the rain .. still dry and covered.. zucch. look like dried leather. maters not to bad all needs another day in the sun.. will put out tomorrow if dry nuff.. Quinna you will need to come down and check it.. I will leave at 8 be back around 11..
So glad to see ya blogging. That brought back memories of my grandparents in New Mexico. They would by dry fruit like that and it would bring out the natural sweetness. Looking forward to many more post!
